Nov 3, 2023 · I was given a Samsung A14 5G as part of my plan. The phone is fully paid off. When I try to unlock the phone using the MyAT&T app or a web browser, eventually I always get the message that I need to use the Unlock App on my phone in order to unlock it, but my phone doesn’t have an unlock app.
