BF1 is an excellent immersion experience but gameplay-wise it's the worst BF game IMO. Elites, behemoths, horrible (basically non-existent) weapon customization, and extremely linear maps with no verticality just fit the tone of WW1 but frankly restricted the sandbox experience.
