I can get a bee in like sub 30 min from the trees reliably. You must have some insane luck to prefer hunter over the trees. Hellquist has a 3% drop rate, so about 33 runs on average. Spawn, drive a car over, take the elevator, and kill him in 5-6 seconds. I'd have to time it, but I'd bet its around 40-45 seconds.
