Jan 5, 2013 · Something is causing excessive resistance in the circuit. Maybe the ground point or the resistor module. Could have been some fretting corrosion in that connector. In the first picture, with the terminal numbers on the connector, #5 is the ground going from the HVAC Control Module to the ground point on the fender wall.

If that is okay, pull the right kick panel and down low in the opening look for a 22 pin connector (white or light gray). Check the condition of the pins.
