That said, my persistence & patience paid off. Once I connected with Maria (Five Star) at the San Diego office everything changed. The other issue we had was that the carpet was delivered on 12/12 but it took 3 calls to Lowes (Lowes called Keller each time to ask them to call us to schedule) and then finally a call directly to Keller Interiors to finally get them to schedule with us.
