Pea sized lump under right rib cage

i have a swollen lump on my right side under my ribs. It's a little painful to touch and I have been having a stitch like dull ache the last few days. I am 31 and just been referred for an ultrasound which could take up to 6 weeks and some bloods in a couple of days.
