Pop Up holds up much much better than an Insomnia cookie. texturally just like a roll of bread. This is what I thought too. It was a not-a-bagel bagel. i have to agree. i think that they are good, but not good bagels. Yeah, I’ve seen others say “it’s a roll, not a bagel” — you can tell if you look at the crumb.
