Answer. I tested this on my own machine and found the same. This may be because of a misconfiguration in Windows which I haven't yet unravelled. Although at ⋯ ( Settings and more) > Settings > Downloads, the path is given as D:\Noel\Downloads, the file was in fact saved in the Windows default downloads folder, C:\Users\Noel\Downloads.
