I noticed that sometimes causes frequent food poisoning regardless of skill or cleanliness of the kitchen, probably due to mod conflicts. Single door and sterile or steel tiles will help with this, whichever you can afford. Something I do, is trash all the meals of the type that gave the food poisoning once it happens.
