Simply safe entry sensor

I have now had two window entry sensors fall off in the past week after being installed for a month. Thankfully, the alarm hasn't been armed at the time. What can I do to fix this problem or prevent it from happening again-- especially if I am not home. I like the system but am getting very frustrated.
