They have a spectrum SAX1v1S modem with some sort of mobile app that is very stripped down to manage the modem. There is no local interface. I beleive the issue is with the modem, but I can't find anything on that anywhere. Some modem have the "allow vpn" toggle settings. I was wondering if anyone has experience this.
