The "10" is for the 10-round magazine it was made to hold originally, before the mag well was opened up. The 63 is the AKM model designation for the Romanian Pistol Mitralieră model 1963, essentially, the Romanian version of the AKM. The WASR takes standard AK handguards, pistol grips, buttstocks, triggers, and so on. This makes customizing very easy. It is spare parts compatible with any other AKM type rifle also. The WASR10/63 came with original Romanian wood furniture. This includes the upper & lower handguards, and the buttstock. SOLD. Rifle Caliber: 7.62x39mm. The wasr is not inherently junk, and the 10/63' s seem to be a little bit better. The problems are with the builds. Century has garnered a reputation for poor quality control.
